When my son was younger, I found countless autism resources designed for early childhood. But as he grew into a preteen and teen, I noticed something was missing. The need for support didn’t disappear, it changed. Finding practical, age-appropriate tools for older kids became increasingly difficult.
That’s why I created Our Autism Adventures, to provide the kind of resources I was searching for. This space is dedicated to parents, caregivers, educators, and professionals supporting preteens and teens on the autism spectrum. Here, you’ll find practical tools, printable visuals, journals, and encouragement created with older kids in mind—because every stage of the journey deserves meaningful support.
Please note: I’m a parent, not a healthcare or behavioral professional. Everything I share comes from real experience, not clinical expertise, and is meant to support, not replace, professional guidance.
