Family with Autistic Teen

When my son was first diagnosed with autism, I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. I had hundreds of questions spinning in my head and spent countless late nights falling down Google rabbit holes. It was overwhelming and exhausting.

That’s why I created Our Autism Adventures, to be the kind of resource I wish I had in those early days. This space is for parents and caregivers who are navigating life with older kids and teens on the spectrum. Here, you’ll find practical tools, printable visuals, and emotional support from someone who’s been there.

Please note: I’m a parent, not a healthcare or behavioral professional. Everything I share comes from real experience, not clinical expertise, and is meant to support, not replace, professional guidance.
